Coronavirus Update

RE-OPENING AND OUR OFFICE'S SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND PROTOCOLS

To All of Our Patients,

We are happy to announce that we are resuming all routine dental care at our office as of Monday, 6/01/2020.  This resumption of care is in compliance with all of the guidelines provided by the California Department of Public Health, the Marin County Department of Public Health, the California Dental Association (CDA), and the America Academy of Clear Aligners(AACA).
We want you to know that your health is always of the utmost importance to us, so we are employing judicious infection control measures in order to ensure the safety of all our patients and team members at this time.  Prior to our appointment, please be aware of the following measures we will be enacting:

What we need you to do for your appointment:

• Wear a mask to your appointment
• Respect social distancing at our office

What we will be doing to keep you safe:

• Providing hand sanitizer in our waiting room and office for all patients
• Employing social distancing measures, including having you wait in your car instead of our waiting room in the event that we are running behind schedule
• Wearing proper personal/patient protective equipment (PPE), including N95 masks, faceshields, gowns, and gloves for all procedures
• Decontaminating patient rooms thoroughly between appointments and common office areas continually with a Hypochlorous acid throughout the day

We would like to thank you in advance for your attention to and understanding of these measures so that we may provide a safe and healthy environment for all of our patients.  We look forward to taking great care of you!

• In the last 3 weeks have you experienced signs of acute respiratory illness, such as coughing, fever, or shortness of breath?
• Have you been in closed contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19?

If so, DO NOT COME TO OUR OFFICE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT! Please call us immediately and we will advise you accordingly.
